Wilco to Tour for ‘Star Wars’ this Winter

Wilco have added two shows to their Star Wars tour docket, both to take place at the Capitol Theatre in in Port Chester, NY, about an hour outside of NYC. The first will be on February 2, with William Tyler as support; the second will be on February 3, with Steve Gunn as support. View the whole tour schedule below.

Wilco has just announced plans to tour behind their latest album, Star Wars. It begins on December 5 at the Benedum Center in Pittsburgh, PA, followed by shows throughout the Northeast, including a two-night run on February 5 & 6 at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, NY. On February 9, the band will head South for a performance at The Norva in Norfolk, VA, before wrapping things up with multiple nights in Atlanta, GA, and finally a February 13 gig in Roanoke, VA, at the Berglund Arts Theatre.
Joining Wilco on tour as support will be William Tyler, Bill Frisell, Steve Gunn and Girlpool for varying dates. Star Wars, which was released for free in mid-July, will be made available on vinyl on November 27. Check below for a full tour itinerary and tickets.
