If you’ve got legs (and you know how to use them), you should head on down to your nearest concert venue, because ZZ Top is heading out back on tour. They just announced big dates for their 2014 North American tour, kicking off things on March 5 in Las Vegas, NV. After Vegas, the facial hair-unchallenged band will move through Aspen, CO; Denver, CO; Lincoln, NE; Brandon, MB; Moose Jaw, SK; Victoria, BC; Laughlin, NV; Temecula, CA; and Mesa, AZ, to name a few. The dates focus mostly on the western side of North America, so we’re willing to bet that more Midwest and East Coast dates are sure to be announced. Tickets for the shows are on sale now.

Responsible for hits like “Sharp-Dressed Man”, “Legs”, and “I Gotsta Get Paid”, ZZ Top was formed in Houston, TX in 1969. Known for their humor and strong bluegrass roots, ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. Since the release od their first album in January of 1971, the band has eleven gold records, seven platinum, and thirteen multi-platinum albums. Their 1983 release, Eliminator, remains ZZ Top’s most commercially successful album with over 10 million units sold.
