UPDATE

Get ready for round three of the new intense rivalry between the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets. With the 2012-2013 series now tied at one game apiece after Jason Kidd nailed a huge game winning 3 point shot back on December 11 at the Barclays Center, the series now heads to the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge this Wednesday night.

The Knicks will host the visiting Nets at Madison Square Garden at 7pm EST for a nationally televised game on ESPN. With a home record of 10-1 and the best record in the Eastern Conference, the Knicks hope to have Carmelo Anthony back, after sitting out the past two games with a sprained ankle.

UPDATE

Back in October, we brought you a brief preview of the start of the new rivalry in NYC hoops – the new kid on the block, the Brooklyn Nets, versus the old stalwart, the New York Knicks. At the time, the kickoff of the rivalry and the NBA season was to feature the first official game between the inter-borough rivals. However, due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, the game on November 1 had to rescheduled to a later date. Now, that date is upon us as the New York Knicks will trek over the Brooklyn Bridge to take on the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center in a nationally televised game on TNT.

The Knicks come into the game with a 8-3 record, 1 game ahead of the 7-4 Nets in the Atlantic Division. If you’re looking to take in the game, we have the best deals right here at SeatGeek.
