NCAA College Football kicks off today, and fans are gearing up for an exciting season. For over 75 years, the Associated Press (AP) College Poll has compiled the top 25 teams based on input from sportswriters across the nation.

This year college football experts voted the University of Oklahoma Sooners into the number one spot, while the USC Trojans came in last at #25. Statistically speaking though, the AP Top 25 has hardly been successful at predicting the top performers throughout the season. Because we equate fan sentiment with ticket prices and demand here at SeatGeek, we decided to put the AP Poll to the test and compare the AP Top 25 with each team’s average ticket prices at home for the season.

Make sure to bookmark this page, as we’ll update the college football tickets data as the season goes on.
