The Indiana Hoosiers are set for big things this coming collegiate basketball season. Currently the #1 team in the rankings, the Hoosiers and Coach Tom Crean have sophomore forward Cody Zeller winning a unanimous vote for Big Ten Preseason Player of the Year honors with the team being picked to win the conference. In addition to Zeller, the team has four other starters returning and a solid recruiting class making up a team that hopes to return the Hoosiers to the upper echelon of college basketball – something they have not done for quite some time. These developments are pretty impressive for Indiana given that just two seasons ago they only won 12 games.

The Hoosiers 2012-2013 season not only features tough conference games against Big Ten foes like the Michigan Wolverines, Michigan State Spartans, Ohio State Buckeyes and the Wisconsin Badgers, but also a November 27 matchup against the North Carolina Tar Heels and a December 15 game against the Butler Bulldogs.
