Indianapolis Colts 2012 Preview
How do you overcome the loss of one of the greatest QBs ever to play the game of football? And how do you put the memory of a tough 2-14 season behind you as a team? You go out and draft one of the best prospects ever to come into the NFL in recent memory. Currently in rebuilding mode, the Colts went out and drafted Stanford QB Andrew Luck, who has high expectations as the Peyton Manning era in Indy has come to an official end.
The Colts will have Reggie Wayne back to bridge the gap between old and new and the veteran presence is sure to be a benefit to the rookie QB. On the defensive side of the ball, Dwight Freeney provides veteran leadership for the team as they look to be competitive in the AFC South division.
