The Memphis Grizzlies enter the final weeks of the 2012-2013 NBA season with a record of 44-21 and the fourth position in the Western Conference playoff standings. Last season the Grizzlies lost a tough first round battle in seven games to the Los Angeles Clippers. With some hard fought playoff experience under their belts, the Grizzlies look to move beyond the first round and make some serious noise in the playoffs this year.

This season the Grizzlies’ offense has been led by Rudy Gay, Zach Randolph, Marc Gasol and Mike Conley, all averaging over 13 points per game. Randolph boasts an average of 11.6 rebounds per game as well, good for third in the NBA. With a supporting cast that includes Tayshaun Prince, Tony Allen and Jerryd Bayless, the Grizzlies have a solid roster that can compete with any other team in the Western Conference come playoff time.
