New York Giants 2012 Preview
And now presenting your Super Bowl Champion New York Football Giants! That’s right, the boys in blue will be defending their title this upcoming NFL season and look to potentially repeat come February. With quarterback Eli Manning at the helm, the Giants do have some questions on offense with Brandon Jacobs and Marion Manningham both having departed for the San Francisco 49ers. They do still have Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz, two excellent wide receivers, as well as Ahmad Bradshaw, who, if healthy, can be a force running the ball for the Giants.
On the defensive side of the ball, the Giants are led by Justin Tuck, Jason Pierre-Paul and Osi Umenyiora – as fearsome a threesome as their is in the entire NFL.
If Tom Coughlin can get his boys to be more consistent this year (they did start out 7-7 last year before getting hot headed into the playoffs), Giants fans may be in store for something special again.
As for tickets, they are on sale now, starting with the season opener versus the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday September 5, a nationally televised game on NBC.
