Rose Bowl Ticket Prices Topping the Secondary Market
With an average resale price of $627 a ticket, the upcoming Rose Bowl is by far the hottest ticket of the college football bowl season, even topping the two semifinals Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl.

While Stanford will certainly have plenty of fans in attendance, is would seem ample Iowa fans are ready to travel based on where people are shopping from on our site. Of those looking for tickets to the game on our site, 42 percent are coming from the Midwest states of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Meanwhile, just 23 percent are coming from California.
Tickets to the Rose Bowl
Ticket prices for the Rose Bowl more than doubled after the announcement of the teams was made, with the median listing price going from $568 to $1,232 in 24 hours. That’s a 117 percent increase. We haven’t seen prices drop at all since then, as the current median listing price is $1,335. The cheapest pair of tickets currently available on SeatGeek cost $693 each, whereas a week ago you could have gotten tickets for $272 each.
