Lexington Rupp Arena NCAA Tournament Games

The home of the Kentucky Wildcats is hosting some second and third round NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament action this weekend. Rupp Arena, located in the heart of Lexington, will feature games from both the Midwest and East Regions of the tournament.

This year will be the twelfth season that Rupp Arena plays hosts to NCAA tournament action. The last time it did so was back in 2007 when it hosted the first and second rounds.

March Madness will be in full effect as Midwest contests between #1 Louisville and #16 North Carolina A&T and #8 Colorado State and #9 Missouri are interchanged with the contests out of the East featuring #6 Butler and #11 Bucknell in addition to #3 Marquette taking on #14 Davidson.

The Louisville Cardinals are the lead pick in many brackets to take home the championship this year. First they have to survive the action in Lexington and get out of the tough Midwest bracket.
