March Madness is in full swing, with the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 taking place tomorrow through Sunday. With no Duke or Villanova in the running, prices have dropped immensely for this location. The median listing price for the Sweet 16 games is down 33 percent from Sunday. The majority of shoppers are coming from New York (42 percent), followed by New Jersey (14 percent).
