Tennessee Titans 2012 Preview
The Tennessee Titans, who have not reached the playoffs since 2008 and finished last year with a 9-7 record and just missed the postseason, return this year with the hope to get back over the hump and play some football in the playoffs.
The Titans feature Matt Hasselbeck at quarterback as well as their future QB Jake Locker. Nate Washington and Damian Williams highlight their receiving core and Chris Johnson, their explosive running back, hopes to have a rebound year after falling off in 2011 versus his huge 2010 season. The defense is guided by linebackers Akeem Ayers, Colin McCarthy and Will Witherspoon.
Their 2012 schedule features games against AFC South rivals the Texans, Colts and Jaguars as well as games against the Patriots, Lions, Steelers, Bears and Packers. As you can see their schedule will be tough this year.
