The Texas Rangers will have a challenge to repeat their recent success with Josh Hamilton having signed with the Los Angeles Angels in the offseason. The Rangers lineup minus Hamilton still has the bats of Adrian Beltre, David Murphy, Elvis Andrus, Nelson Cruz, Ian Kinsler, and Mike Napoli. In 2012, they finished first in the American League in runs and third in batting average. With Hamilton gone, that may be hard to repeat. Matt Harrison, Yu Darvish and Derek Holland lead a pitching staff that posted a combined 3.99 ERA last season and also featured closer Joe Nathan, who saved 37 games in 2012.
