The Best Game on Every NBA Team’s Schedule This Season
The NBA released their 2018-19 schedule earlier this week. Regardless of what team you root for, you’ll have the opportunity to see some great games during this upcoming season. Let’s take a look at each team’s most exciting matchup.
Atlanta Hawks vs. Toronto Raptors

Boston Celtics vs. Philadelphia 76ers
What better way to open the season in TD Garden than meeting up with Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers on October 16. Tickets are available here.
Brooklyn Nets vs. Golden State Warriors
On October 28, the two-time defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors come to Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. Get tickets here.
Charlotte Hornets vs. Boston Celtics
November 19, a hopefully full-strength Boston Celtics team – featuring Kyrie and Gordon Hayward – will head to the Spectrum Center to take on the Charlotte Hornets. Tickets are available here.
Chicago Bulls vs. San Antonio Spurs
November 26, DeMar DeRozan and his new team, the San Antonio Spurs, head to Chicago’s United Center to take on the Bulls. Find tickets here.
Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
This is a matchup the entire basketball world will be watching, as LeBron James comes back to Cleveland with the Los Angeles Lakers on November 21. Tickets are available here.
Dallas Mavericks vs. Atlanta Hawks
It’s happened on draft night, but Luka Doncic ended up on the Mavericks while Trae Young became an Atlanta Hawk. On December 12, the two rookie guards meet in Dallas. Find your tickets here.
Denver Nuggets vs. Golden State Warriors
You can’t pass up a chance to see Curry, Durant, Thompson, and the rest of the Warriors when they come to town. On October 21, they’ll head to Denver’s Pepsi Center to take on the Nuggets. Tickets available here.
Detroit Pistons vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Late in the season – March 15, 2019 to be exact – LeBron and the Lakers make their one stop in Detroit to match up with the Pistons. Tickets available here.
Golden State Warriors vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors
After how last season’s Western Conference Finals ended up, Rockets fans will certainly hope for some gratification in the form of a W on November 15th when the Warriors come to town. Get your tickets here.
Indiana Pacers vs. Philadelphia 76ers
There’s never a dull moment on the court when Joel Embiid’s Sixers are involved. On January 17, 2019, the team comes to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to take on the Indiana Pacers. Get your tickets here.
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
October 19, you’ll find Paul George, Russell Westbrook, and the rest of the OKC Thunder at the Staples Center to take on the Clippers. Tickets available here.
Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets
You won’t want to miss the first Lakers home game with LeBron on October 20. It’s even more exciting considering Harden and the Rockets are in town. Get your tickets here.
Memphis Grizzlies vs. Los Angeles Lakers
You simply can’t pass up a reasonably priced (starting at $88) chance to see the LeBron-led Lakers in their first season. If you’re in Memphis, your first shot is on December 8. Get your tickets here.
Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers
Assuming Miami center Hassan Whiteside is still a member of the Heat on November 12, you won’t want to miss a matchup against rival Joel Embiid and the 76ers. Tickets are available here.
Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Denver Nuggets
It took the Timberwolves beating the Nuggets in game 82 last season in order to make the playoffs. The difference in that final Western Conference playoff spot was six points. On November 21, these two teams will meet once again at the Target Center in Minneapolis. Get your tickets here.
New Orleans Pelicans vs. Golden State Warriors
Boogie Cousins made an offseason move from the Pelicans to the Golden State Warriors. April 9, 2019 will be the first opportunity for New Orleans fans to see Cousins back in the Smoothie King Center–the final game of the season. Get your tickets here.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Lakers and Thunder fans alike will be excited for this January 17 matchup. Many thought that Paul George would make a move to LA, but he chose to stick with OKC. Catch him and Westbrook in Chesapeake Energy Arena against LeBron. Tickets available here.
Orlando Magic vs. Toronto Raptors

Utah Jazz vs. Houston Rockets
