There’s nothing like road tripping to a college football bowl game, and that’s especially true for the New Year’s Six: the six bowls that pit the top 12 teams in the country against one another. This season the Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl will serve as semifinals for the National Championship game, while the Fiesta Bowl, Orange Bowl, Cotton Bowl and Peach Bowl will pit two top teams against one another for winner-takes-all bragging rights.

With this in mind we wanted to see which fanbases are showing the most initial interest in traveling (sometimes cross-country) to see their team play in a New Year’s Six bowl. Some fanbases have short trips – Auburn to Atlanta is just a bit more than an hour – while others are booking flights to fly cross-continent. Below is how each of the bowl games is trending so far, giving us an early look at what the fan dynamic should be for each game.
