Welcome sports writers, editors, managers, bloggers, etc, congratulations on your team making it to the Sweet 16 (mine did too, go Huskies!). We are running a contest where you all can give away tickets to your readers while competing (amiably) to win tickets for yourselves for having the blog with the most participants.

NCAA Tournament Final Four Contest

Contest Summary: Guess the Final Four and Championship for a chance to win two free 2015 Sweet 16/Elite 8 tickets or tickets to a regular season game of your choice.

CONTEST RULES

  • One entry per person but as many entries per blog as can get (that is the underlying competition, and the presumably fun part :)
  • People should enter by commenting on the post about this contest on your respective blogs or by commenting on this post or by Tweeting @SeatGeek answers with #tourneytix in the Tweet—options abound
  • Submissions are due before the start of the Elite 8 (so a sort of second chance type contest, which many of us need)
  • Winner announced the week after championship game
  • Winning blog is the blog that get’s the most participants, which in addition to the blog represenative getting free tickets, we’ll also give free t-shirts to the top 10 entries from the winning blog/li>
  • Regardless of what blog they come from, the person with the best mini-bracket (points scored same as Yahoo! Sports) and tie-breaker score will win the open-to-all free tickets

PRIZE

Two tickets provided by SeatGeek to the 2015 sweet 16/elite 8 OR tickets to a regular season college basketball game of winner’s choice to a one of their team’s games. Note ticket sections/locations will vary depending on the game and availability of tickets.
