Utah Jazz Look To Improvise Into The 2013 NBA Playoffs
Utah Jazz Playoffs
The Utah Jazz enter the final weeks of the 2012-2013 NBA season on the outside looking in as they hope to rebound and make a final push for the eighth and final spot in the Western Conference. Currently with a record of 34-32, the Jazz sit only one half game behind the Lakers, who recently hurdled over them after winning 7 of their last 10 games. With Kobe Bryant hobbling, this may be an opportunity to take advantage of a vulnerable Lakers squad by the Jazz.

The Jazz do have the talent to make a run at that elusive final spot. With Al Jefferson leading the team with a scoring average of 17.4 points per game and a rebounding average of 9.1 rebounds per game. Behind Jefferson, the Jazz have a solid roster that also includes Paul Millsap, Gordon Hayward, Mo Williams, Randy Foye and Derrick Favors. No real superstars in the bunch, but a core group that can match up relatively well against the second tier of the Western Conference.
