Dallas Stars Ticket Prices Heat Up
Since we started tracking the secondary market in 2010, we have never seen a Dallas Stars home game with a higher average resale price than tonight’s average of $199.

After the Stars held off elimination with a victory in Game 6, ticket prices for Game 7 shot up, going from a median listing price of $249 before Game 6 was played to a median listing price of $292 the morning after Game 6. That’s an increase of 17 percent.
While this will be the most expensive Stars game we have tracked, it is far from the most expensive event we have seen at American Airlines Center. That list is topped by the Mavericks 2011 NBA Finals run, and two shows by Adele later this year.
Western Conference Game 7 Tickets
Speaking of the Mavs, their regular season game against Steph Curry and the Warriors was actually more expensive than tonight’s Game 7. That game had an average resale price of $262, and was the most expensive Mavs regular season game we have tracked.
Of the eight teams who made it to the second round, the Stars had the fourth most expensive tickets of this round, with an overall average of $145. This was only topped by the Washington Capitals ($202), St. Louis Blues ($163), and New York Islanders ($158).
