Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Oct 22

Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!
About High on Fire Tickets
High on Fire formed in Oakland, California in 1998 when guitarist/vocalist Matt Pike, coming off legendary sludge-metal band Sleep, joined forces with George Rice (bass) and drummer Des Kensel. Drawing heavily from influences like Motörhead, Black Sabbat and Celtic Frost, they quickly forged a ferocious style that helped define the sound of modern stoner and sludge metal. Their debut album The Art of Self Defense (2000) laid the groundwork for a string of influential releases like Surrounded by Thieves (2002), Blessed Black Wings (2005), and Death Is This Communion (2007), albums that cemented their reputation for crushing riffs and relentless intensity.
The trio’s lineup remained stable through the years, and in 2018 they released Electric Messiah, their eighth studio album, produced by Kurt Ballou. The title track won the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2019—HoF’s first Grammy—establishing them alongside metal legends like Black Sabbath and Metallica. After Kensel’s departure in 2019, bassist Jeff Matz and guitarist/vocalist Pike brought in powerhouse drummer Coady Willis (of Big Business and Melvins fame) in 2021, which would later reinvigorate the band’s sound.
In April 2024, High on Fire released their ninth studio album, Cometh the Storm, their first new full-length in six years and the first to feature Willis on drums. Tracking was done with Kurt Ballou at GodCity Studio, and the record blends the band's signature sludge and stoner metal with Middle Eastern-influenced folk motifs, thanks to riffs explored through instruments like the bağlama. Critics hailed the album as “their most adventurous, pigeonhole-smashing” effort yet, and tracks like “Burning Down” and “Darker Fleece” quickly became fan and critic favorites. The album also sparked a major U.S. headlining tour in support, launching May 4 and featuring support from Venezuelan post-rockers Zeta and Massachusetts crossover crew High Command.
