Buyer Guarantee

Guarantee. We want Buyers to be able to buy Tickets with confidence. As such, with each qualified order, SeatGeek works to ensure that:

  1. Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event;
  2. Your tickets will provide valid entry to the event;
  3. The tickets you receive will be the same as those you ordered; and
  4. If any of these things do not occur, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any verified issue(s) covered by this Buyer Guarantee, by providing you with comparable or better tickets to the event, a refund or, subject to applicable law, a credit. Please contact SeatGeek immediately.

Cancellations / Postponement.

  1. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, SeatGeek, in its sole discretion, will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price or, subject to applicable laws, issue you a credit for use on a future purchase. We will notify you that the event was canceled and provide instructions on how to obtain the refund or credit.
  2. If an event is postponed, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date. If replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the rescheduled date, SeatGeek will work to obtain replacement tickets for you. If you cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, you are encouraged to list the tickets on SeatGeek. Except when replacement tickets are required or as otherwise required by applicable law, SeatGeek does not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events.

Other Terms.

  1. In order to receive the benefit of this Buyer Guarantee, you must comply with our Terms. If you fail to contact us immediately upon becoming aware of an issue with your Ticket(s), we may be unable to provide you replacement Ticket(s) and/or a full refund.
  2. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, certain venues and events may have additional restrictions on entry including, without limitation, screening for symptoms of COVID-19. If you are denied entry to a venue or event due to factors unrelated to whether your ticket is valid for entry, this Buyer Guarantee does not apply.
