As a Project Manager you will work to deliver projects for our clients across Entertainment and Sport. Reporting to the Global Project Services Lead, you will make every project a success. You will use all the tools and resources available to deliver the best possible projects within the constraints of time and budget.
What You'll Do
- Work across all of our SGE teams, our customers and our suppliers to ensure projects are managed and delivered to the highest standards from sales handover through to project completion
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring adhesion to the SGE Methodology and contracted terms of business
- Clarify and advise on real and potential risk, drafting and implementing mitigation plans
- Coordinate and chair internal and client meetings
- Build project status reporting and help to create a culture of collaboration
- Manage implementation tasks from data conversions, installation, custom developments, customizations, training and system build, including 3rd party hardware and software ordering.
- Prepare and maintain Risk Registers and Issue Logs for evaluation and review during and at the completion of a project
- Review internal working procedures identifying and implementing improvements relating to project delivery
- Manage internal change projects and ongoing business processes that require resource or third-party involvement
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated
Who You Are
- You understand enterprise software and what it takes to provide projects in a fast moving environment
- You get along well with others and work well with internal partners. You are firm but fair and you hold people accountable
- You have experience in a software delivery, knowledge of or having worked in the ticketing industry would be beneficial. You have several years of experience specifically in project management
- You have experience in the complete project life cycle at an enterprise level
- You are process driven. You are constantly looking to refine and tweak processes to improve delivery
- You have a high attention to detail and diligently ensure all elements of your projects are in control and up-to-date
- You are diligent about documentation. You have thoughtful opinions about project management software and tools and their uses
