About Mens March Madness South Regional
The March Madness South Regional is one of four regional tournaments in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, along with the East, West, and Midwest Regionals. Its role, along with the other regional tournaments, is to narrow down 16 teams in its bracket to just one that will advance to the prestigious Final Four.
