Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion at SeatGeek

We love live events because they bring people of all walks together. And we strive to bring the same feeling of connectedness into our own organization.

Workplace

Developing an equitable and inclusive company begins with developing an equitable and inclusive workplace. In order to do so, we prioritize establishing and supporting employee resource groups (ERGs) to encourage everyone to find a home at SeatGeek.

We aim to provide a safe, supportive, and transparent community for neurodivergent (ND) people and allies. Together, we drive ERG-sourced initiatives to build a better SeatGeek, and to highlight what makes ND employees such a vital asset.

"We are not a perfect company. We know that we have work to do around diversity, equity and inclusion. We must make this a watershed moment that acts as a call to action for each and every one of us to do better, speak up and be a part of the solution."
