Retention Marketing Intern
We’re looking for a driven undergrad to work with SeatGeek’s marketing team. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn and contribute, excited about the world of technology, and interested in interning for one of New York’s fastest-growing startups.

The ideal candidate is a scrappy self-starter and comfortable working on multiple projects across a variety of marketing functions. As part of the marketing team, the intern will gain exposure to all of SeatGeek’s marketing efforts but will focus on retention marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Miscellaneous data reporting & analysis (e.g. based on first-party SG data or surveys, etc)
  • Get exposure to emerging messaging channels like push notifications, SMS, & in-app
  • Assist with market research & planning for longer-term/prospective projects like a loyalty program
  • Develop (and perhaps execute) campaign strategy for medium/long-tail opportunities including events outside of major sports and concerts
  • General assistance with day-to-day tasks

What You Have

  • You're an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter. There's no challenge too big or task too small for you. Most importantly, you value excellence, teamwork, and fun in all that you do.
  • Comfort and experience with analyzing and understanding data sets, as well as experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • An extreme attention to detail
  • Even though you likely don’t have much work experience under your belt, you may have held ambitious, challenging internships before
  • Strong ability to self-prioritize and be a quick learner
