Revenue Operations Agent
Revenue Operations is passionate about improving both our customer’s experience and keeping our bottom line in good shape. We do this through policy, negotiation with our partners, and through efficient inventory management.

We’re looking to grow our team by adding a Revenue Operations Agent who is experienced with managing multiple requests, communicating with stakeholders, and taking the initiative to give approval and make improvement recommendations. You’ll be asked to assist with all facets within Revenue Operation including inventory management, refunds and recoupments. You’ll report to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and forecastings
  • Approve refunds for the customer experience team
  • Communicate externally with brokers for fulfillment
  • Communicate internally with teammates, CX, and Inventory teams for resolution and recoupment
  • Manage data entry and assist on data insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in the e-commerce industry or with a ticketing background
  • Positive problem solver who can work independently and looks to improve operations and policies
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and execution skills
  • Ability to prioritize requests and quickly solve urgent issues
  • Willing to work one weekend day
