SeatGeek Launches Inaugural Client Advisory Board

Advisory board gives SeatGeek Enterprise ticketing partners an opportunity to directly contribute to the future of the industry

NEW YORK, NY (June 13, 2019) -- SeatGeek today announced the launch of its Client Advisory Board, which will bring together a diverse group of SeatGeek partners to help drive the vision for SeatGeek Enterprise, and the future of the ticketing industry. The board will include US and EMEA entertainment and sport clients from SeatGeek Enterprise, SeatGeek’s primary ticketing platform.

"At SeatGeek, we value our clients as true partners, which is why we are excited to bring them together to design the future of the industry,” said President of SeatGeek Enterprise Danielle du Toit. “We established the Client Advisory Board to ensure we are building an ecosystem that is good for all of our partners. This board will not only have a direct say in the direction of the technology and product, but also a chance to connect and share innovative ideas with one another."

The inaugural group of members includes the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, LW Theatres, Sporting Kansas City, Manchester City FC, Brighton and Hove Albion, Seattle Sounders FC, Ravinia Festival, and KNVB, the Royal Dutch Football Association. The group met for its first summit in early June, spending the day together discussing and prioritizing product strategies, comparing business needs, and thinking about how they can together change fans' live entertainment experiences around the world.

"SeatGeek's Client Advisory Board is unlike anything we have been part of before, and is the first time teams and venues will really be able to shape the future of the industry," said Bryan Ross, executive director of ticket sales and service for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. "We're looking forward to sharing ideas and strategies with those in similar roles at major teams and arts organizations around the world."

"We enjoyed coming together for the inaugural advisory board meeting this month,” said Danny Wilson, operations director for Manchester City. “We are continuously exploring ways to enhance our ticketing platform, and to better serve our supporters here in Manchester, so we are excited to collaborate and share learnings."
