Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.May 12
Best Ticketing App
Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. It’s so quick and easy and I can guarantee that if you’re wanting to go to whatever event, and you’re worried about today’s prices, they’ll always be cheaper and affordable tomorrow and sometimes even after just 12 hours (it also helps when my favorite creators have promo codes I can use or save for future purchases).Sep 23

Excellent ticket source
Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.May 30
MLB tickets
In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the appSep 6
