CX Data Analyst
Our Customer Experience team is one of the fastest growing at SeatGeek. We have scaled our team to 38 strong with offices in both Portland and NYC. Now we’re looking for our first ever CX Data Analyst to play a critical role in scaling and optimizing our team.

You’ll streamline our CX operations and planning using your quantitative and analytical background while staying focused on the bigger picture. Whether that means enhancing team performance or contributing to business-changing improvements, you’ll be at the forefront of data and analytics for our CX team.

What you'll do

  • Develop a long-term model for CX team growth and scaling
  • Analyze resource allocation data to assess staffing needs and determine strategy for growing our in-house CX team vs. adding additional offshore resources
  • Contribute to setting key KPIs and SLAs for the team as a whole
  • Create and establish regular dashboard reports to help leadership and team members understand and digest performance
  • Work regularly with other teams at SG, like the Data Science, Finance, and People teams, on various ad-hoc projects

Who You Are

You are an ambitious, strategic thinker, who is equal parts analytical and team-player. You also possess all or most of the following experience and characteristics:

  • A BA, with 3+ years of relevant experience working as a data analyst, ideally on a CX team at a high growth company, and 5+ years of general work experience
  • Strong experience with Google sheets and Excel
  • A self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Experience setting and evaluating a team’s KPIs and SLAs
  • Demonstrated experience creating complex models and budgets, ideally staffing models
  • Experience analyzing a workforce and allocating resources
  • A curiosity and interest for all things tech related
