Junior Admin Support · Helpdesk
As a Junior Support Admin for SeatGeek you will be the first line of technical support for ALL employee IT needs. Based out of our NoHo New York HQ, you will be responsible for supporting a 70% / 30% Mac to PC office. You will be a big part of our onboarding / offboarding effort. And become an integral member of the them that ensures our employees have the appropriate support, tools, and resources they need for their daily jobs.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to employee requests from walk-ups, email, Slack chat and/or support ticket
  • Daily monitoring of FreshService Ticket queue responding to and resolving support issues
  • Daily anti-virus monitoring via Carbon Black Defense portal
  • Support of ALL SeatGeek hardware Mac, PC, Windows Servers, iPads, AV ...etc.
  • Basic GSuite, OneLogin, Office 365, GitHub, Confluence and Adobe administration
  • Manage create and maintain technical documentation as needed
  • Provide regular AV support for both local and global video conference meetings
  • Assist with routine employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Work with cross-functional teams on technical projects and support issues to improve employee engagement
  • Light Active Directory Management and VPN management

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years managing GSuite, OneLogin, Office 365, Confluence and/or Adobe administration
  • Upbeat, personable, positive, and can-do attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Attention to detail and documentation
  • Not required, but nice to have: Experience managing ServiceNow, FreshService, JAMF, Airwatch, and/or Scripting experience (Bash, Powershell, or SQL)
