Partner Marketing Associate Manager
SeatGeek has doubled our SeatGeek Enterprise clients over the past few months. Now, we want you to help our Partner Marketing team successfully scale at the same rate.

As a Partner Marketing Associate Manager you’ll be integral in driving success for our new Big 4 partners. You’ll own and lead our newest relationships (like MLS, Seattle Sounders, New Orleans Saints & Pelicans) from the marketing side, ensuring a positive fan experience and successful launch. In addition, you’ll help inform best practices across our full Partner Marketing team, and report out the quantifiable impact our partnerships are having across the full SeatGeek business.

What You'll Do

  • Own all marketing aspects of our first Big 4 relationships
  • Ensure a successful SeatGeek Enterprise user launch for our new partners, liaising between the broader SG Marketing, Client Services, BD and Product teams
  • Set the strategy for growing SeatGeek brand in our partner markets, and driving additional sales for our partners tickets through collaborative marketing efforts
  • Serve as an integral addition to the Partner Marketing team at large, helping us scale from 5 to 10+ partnerships in a short period time, balancing the priorities of SG Enterprise and the SG Core business
  • Assist with other non-sponsorship SeatGeek brand marketing initiatives to help grow the SG brand, and your own marketing toolkit

Who You Are

  • 3-4 years in a client-facing or marketing role, i.e. consulting, marketing analyst, advertising, project management
  • Experience in sports a plus, but not required
  • A self-starter with an “ownership” mentality, but a contributor to a team dynamic
  • Deep comfort with business tools, including deck preparation (powerpoint / Google slides), metrics analysis (Excel / Google sheets), contracts, and budgets
  • Strong ability to triage to-do lists based on business impact
  • An extreme attention to detail

  • A competitive base salary and equity stake in a well-funded growth stage company
  • A laid-back, fun workplace designed to facilitate collaboration and company wide events
  • $120/mo to spend on live events tickets
  • A superb benefits package that supports health/dental/vision
  • A focus on transparency. We have regular team lunches and Q&A panels where employees can chat openly with teams across SeatGeek, our co-founders, and external guests from the industry
  • Annual subscriptions to Citibike, Spotify, and meditation services
