The city coming together

Many respondents called out the general joy of the fellow fans at Bears games, especially when everyone comes together late in the season when the wind chill can put the temperature in the negatives. Of course, if there is one jersey you shouldn’t wear to a Bears game, it’s that of the Green Bay Packers, the Bears biggest rival.

"Everyone is friendly and excited to watch football. Even enemies are treated as friends."

Bear down, Chicago Bears

Before heading to your seat many fans recommended stopping to grab a hot dog and, for the colder games, a hot chocolate. Once seated be prepared to sing along to Bear Down, Chicago Bears, the team’s official fight song that dates all the way back to the 1940s.

"The atmosphere is like no other. Bears fans are the best."

Plan ahead

The most common advice from fans was to arrive early, both because security can take some time, and also because the smaller size of the stadium means that getting around the concourses can be slow. Many fans said one of the highlights of attending a Bears game is walking through the Museum Campus with fellow fans, all excited for the upcoming game.

"Get there very early. Long lines and stadium is on the smaller side so it gets very cramped and congested before games."
