Front Desk Coordinator
SeatGeek is growing quickly. We’ve hired over 100 people so far this year which means our Office Ops team needs to grow and scale, too.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to provide great administrative support to the SeatGeek team. If you are enthusiastic about joining a fast paced tech company and passionate about growing your career within a broader People Ops function, read on.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests, clients and interviewees, smiling and making them feel at home
  • Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of reception and lobby area
  • Serve as a point of contact for office visits and events
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Provide scheduling and general administrative support to various team leaders
  • Assist with office ops purchasing, facilities management, and events, as well as other team initiatives TBD
  • Manage company calendars and meeting room schedules
  • Manage Egencia travel platform, owning and solving any user issues
  • Support visitor travel and accommodations in NYC
  • Maintain strong hotel partnerships in NYC

Who You Are and What You Have

  • Ambitious, bright and intellectually curious. You love teaching yourself new things and you’re naturally driven to be the best at what you do
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented. For you, things like run-on sentences and unfiltered inboxes are the stuff of nightmares
  • Friendly and professional. You take pride in your ability to cultivate a fun and inviting office atmosphere
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular emphasis on succinctness and clarity
  • Skilled with Excel, Outlook and their Google Docs equivalents
  • A bachelor’s degree and an active interest in startups and new technologies
