Salesforce Business Analyst
Our sales and service teams are growing up fast with teams in 5 countries and 3 continents. We just closed our first NBA and NFL clients and we could not be more excited. As we continue to build the SeatGeek Enterprise team, we are adding our first dedicated Salesforce hire.

You will have an opportunity to shape and build best in class sales tools in a green Salesforce environment. Your work will enable to us to continue winning deals with top teams, leagues and venues across the globe. You’ll be tasked with building workflows that scale globally, but refine locally while working closely with our sales, support, sales ops, and client services teams.

What you'll do

  • Support our global sales, service, and client services teams by improving our growing Salesforce organization
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Where required, act as project manager on new system deployments or major system changes
  • Configure, design, and administer our Salesforce.com sales, service, and communities clouds
  • Select and implement tools/apps that will make it easier for reps and agents to get things done
  • Deliver clever, effective solutions to tricky problems

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years Salesforce consulting background
  • Demonstrated experience building and refining a neatly designed Salesforce organization
  • Experience working with a high growth, global tech company
  • Knowledge of integrations, force.com, and apps
  • Salesforce Certifications (ADM, App builder, Service Cloud, etc)
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Knowledge / experience in Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities is a plus
  • Experience working with technical teams is a plus
