Strategic Partner Manager
With SeatGeek Enterprise, we’re creating a modern box office for teams, leagues, and venues that is changing the way the ticketing industry thinks. In addition to a radical focus on fan experience, we’re re-architecting the way rightsholders distribute inventory, allowing event organizers to sell tickets anywhere on the internet without friction.

We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join our growing team and work specifically with our major pro sports clients in the U.S.. If you’re interested in sports, strategy, account management and business development, we’d love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day relationship management of several of our most strategic, high-profile accounts
  • Work closely with the SeatGeek Sales and Strategic Partnerships team to generate revenue and improve fan experience for our partners/clients
  • Recognize potential problems/opportunities, gather data, conduct analysis, and present findings and ideas cogently to team staff
  • Collaborate closely with all teams at SeatGeek (marketing, product, customer service, etc.) to drive client initiatives forward
  • Travel to visit clients and enable their use of our technology
  • Learn as much as possible about the ticket, sports and entertainment industry

Who You Are

You’re someone who displays that rare combination of being comfortable in a client-facing role, but also analytical enough to crunch the numbers. You are interested in finding creative ways to drive revenue and fan experience, even if it means reimagining how things were done in the past. You also have many of the following:

  • 2-4 years in a client-facing or analytical role (e.g. agency, consulting); Sports exposure is a plus
  • Project or account management experience in a professional setting
  • Experience creating and delivering client presentations
  • Deep familiarity with data visualization (e.g. Looker), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and productivity software (e.g. Google Slides, Sheets)
  • Passionate about business of live events with a specific interest in sports
