SeatGeek Statement on Department of Justice Antitrust Division Lawsuit Against Live Nation-Ticketmaster

In response to news of the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s lawsuit filed against Live Nation-Ticketmaster, SeatGeek issued today the following statement:
