Baseball’s History

Monument Park at Yankee’s Stadium is a beautiful ode to not just Yankee’s history but all of baseball’s history. Monument Park was established in the old Yankee Stadium and was recreated in the new stadium when it opened in 2009. Make sure to stop by and soak in one of baseball’s greatest monuments to history.

"Be sure to walk around and see the whole place. It's pretty amazing, and a world-renowned stadium."

Start spreading the news

The New York Yankees are a baseball institution with many fan-favorite traditions. From the classic pinstripe uniforms, with NO names on the back, to Roll Call with the Bleacher Creatures and singing Frank Sinatra’s "New York, New York" after a Yankees win - there are quite a few ways to appreciate the history and traditions of America's baseball team.

"I love hearing Frank Sinatra’s "New York, New York" play whenever they win. Whenever I hear it on the radio or in a public setting, I love rubbing it in my Red Sox fan friends’ faces"

The food is worth it

Fans shared some of their favorite places to grab food and drinks in Yankee Stadium - Lobel’s and Mighty Quinns were highly recommended. So grab yourself a steak sandwich and a beer from the local Bronx Brewery and enjoy the game. If you’re looking to save some money, grab a drink at Stan’s before the game, the best bar to hang out before, during and after the game.

"The less you bring the better. Spend money on the food it’s great. Enjoy the experience, it’s so much fun."
