PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, opened in 2001 and is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. ESPN.com writer Jim Caple ranked PNC Park as the best stadium in Major League Baseball, with a score of 95 out of 100. (source: Wikipedia)

Since it opened, the venue has hosted concerts by The Rolling Stones (2005), Pearl Jam (2005), Jimmy Buffett (2006) and Dave Matthews Band (2010). It was also the host of the 2006 MLB All Star Game.

PNC Park offers tours of the ballpark. In a description found on the Pittsburgh Pirates website, here is what one can expect on a tour:

The Pirates invite you to tour PNC Park, the home of the Bucs. PNC Park is located on Pittsburgh’s North Shore along the Allegheny River, in a street block between Federal Street, General Robinson Street and Mazeroski Way.

Our interactive tour will give guests a broad view of the 38,000-seat facility with its classic view of the city’s picturesque skyline. In 2013, tours run from April 15th through September 20th.
