Merriweather Post Pavilion Concerts

Merriweather Post Pavilion, located in the Baltimore / Washington DC corridor, has frequently been on the top amphitheaters lists in the United States. In 2010, Merriweather was named the second best amphitheater in the United States by Billboard magazine. (source: Wikipedia)

The venue has hosted some of the biggest names in rock history since it opened in 1967. Some of those names include Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin, and The Who. Jimmy Buffett has played Merriweather Post Pavilion more than any other artist in history, with a rand tally of 42 performances at the venue.

This spring and summer, the following bands and artists will play Merriweather Post Pavilion among others: Of Monsters & Men on June 11; The Postal Service on June 18; Vans Warped Tour on July 10; Phish on July 13 and July 14; fun. on July 20; O.A.R. on August 1 and Keith Urban on August 8.
