Santa Barbara Bowl, located in Santa Barbara, CA, of course, is considered to be one of the best outdoor concert venues in the state of California due to its world class views and amenities. Since it opened in 1936 and later renovated throughout the years of 1994 through 2012, the venue has hosted concerts from major names from the music world each summer, when it is open from April through October.
Bands and artists that have played the venue in recent years include the following: 311; Incubus; Bob Dylan; Allman Brothers Band; Jack Johnson; Ben Harper; No Doubt; Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Crosby, Stills and Nash.
Throughout the months of May through October this year, the concert calendar and schedule for Santa Barbara Bowl includes shows from the following bands and artists: LL Cool J on May 26; Sting on June 3; Robert Plant on June 28; Jason Mraz on September 2; fun. on September 7; Depeche Mode on September 24 and September 27 and Atoms for Peace on October 17.
