SeatGeek must have app for anyone
Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!Aug 29
Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Nov 17

Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.Oct 22

Add a Disney Character Experience
Available as an add-on experience for select shows! Enhance your Disney On Ice show ticket with a preshow Character Experience that includes interactive time with beloved Disney fan favorites! Each guest, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
How long is Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto?
Disney On Ice productions vary in length, but they average between one hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission
At what age does a child require a ticket?
All children two years and older must have a ticket for all events, including Character Experience add-ons. Children under two years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
