Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. If you haven’t tried it out then you should. I get my tickets at a way decent price to sporting events and concerts. Even the day off. Remember to be ready for the fun and come dressed for the action!!Jan 12

Add a Disney Character Experience
Available as an add-on experience for select shows! Enhance your Disney On Ice show ticket with a preshow Character Experience that includes interactive time with beloved Disney fan favorites! Each guest, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
How long is Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto?
Disney On Ice productions vary in length, but they average between one hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission
At what age does a child require a ticket?
All children two years and older must have a ticket for all events, including Character Experience add-ons. Children under two years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
