Is a legit source

The group began recording in 2002 and quickly became the number-one unsigned act on Myspace, catching the attention of several record labels. OneRepublic became the first rock band to sign to Timbaland’s Mosley Music Group. Their debut album Dreaming Out Loud, premiered at No. 14 in 2007, later becoming certified Platinum by the RIAA. Following their success, OneRepublic released their second studio album, Waking Up, in 2009, which produced the lead single ‘Secrets. ’ The song was later used in television shows such as Gossip Girl, Lost and Pretty Little Liars. The group refined their sound, mixing hints of R&B and analog synths with their existing pop-rock vibe. In 2012 the band released Native, giving rise to their most successful single ‘Counting Stars. ’ OneRepublic is known for producing countless feel-good songs and delivering killer stage presence at shows, impressing fans of all ages.
