Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Jun 29
CONCERTS
I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.Oct 19

it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.Jun 27
