Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!Jan 9
Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.May 12

Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. It’s so quick and easy and I can guarantee that if you’re wanting to go to whatever event, and you’re worried about today’s prices, they’ll always be cheaper and affordable tomorrow and sometimes even after just 12 hours (it also helps when my favorite creators have promo codes I can use or save for future purchases).May 30
MLB tickets
In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the appMay 28

Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!Jun 9
Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. This is such an easy way to get tickets and at discount prices. Ticket master is good but I believe this is a way easier way to get tickets.
