Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Good Ap, good promos
Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.Feb 11
BEST TICKET APP OUT THERE
Love seat geek! I use it for any event concerts, baseball games, college football/basketball, etc and it never gives me any problems. It is very convenient as well and allows almost all tickets to be loaded to apple wallet! It’s great!Nov 18
