Great app
Even though I’ve used this app twice since I got to compare ticket prices and put up a ticket a bought that I no longer need for sale. I would suggest others to use this app for great ticket prices for concerts, sports games, etc.Nov 14
Last Minute Clutch
SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently! Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing.
