I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!

SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.

SeatGeek has already saved me well over $100 for four tickets. I have a buddy that bought season tickets in ok seats and in just two games this season I have saved over $100 from what my buddy has had to pay and I have had better seats both games. Thanks SeatGeek!

Unlike other ticket sellers there is barely any hidden fees and straight up. It makes buying tickets for me very easy

I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.

They are better than StubHub had a horrible experience with them but SeatGeek has been reliable for me and the events I go to. This is my primary place to buy tickets.
