Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.Jun 13
Went to the Kendrick Sza GNX TOUR
Easy payment, used Affirm to pay for my floor seat! It was so fun and I finished paying for the ticket just this week after the concert. Super easy to look and browse upcoming shows. Thanks seat geek for affordable ticket pricing for an amazing experience 🥰Nov 2

it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.May 21

Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!Jan 29
It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureOct 21
Best App to Shop!
After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! And more, I’m looking forward to buying more tickets and having lots of fun with seat geek!!!
