Most Intuitive App

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. I like that you can do installment payments with affirm. Wish you can choose your seating like ticket master. I use both but this here helps with the larger bill to spread out and pay off overtime.Sep 17
Great App
SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.
