I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! i have used seatgeek for multiple different concerts that ive went to and that tickets are always soooo cheap !! there is always good deals and it makes me able to go to multiple concerts because of how cheap they are !!!

In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the app
